DESCRIPTION

Erupted wisdom tooth extraction is a routine dental procedure performed to remove a fully visible third molar that has emerged through the gum. Although erupted, these teeth are often difficult to clean properly due to their position at the back of the mouth, making them more susceptible to decay, gum infection, and discomfort.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia to ensure a comfortable and pain-free experience. Using specialized instruments, the tooth is gently loosened and removed. In most cases, this is considered a simple extraction and does not require surgical intervention.

Our priority is to provide safe, efficient treatment while minimizing discomfort and promoting optimal healing.

When is Recommended?

Extraction may be recommended in the following situations:

  • Persistent pain or pressure in the back of the mouth
  • Recurrent gum inflammation or infection around the tooth
  • Tooth decay that cannot be properly restored
  • Damage to adjacent teeth
  • Food impaction due to difficult cleaning
  • Orthodontic or spacing concerns

Early removal can help prevent more serious complications in the future.

Aftercare Instructions

Proper care after extraction is essential for smooth healing.

During the First 24 Hours:

  • Bite gently on the provided gauze for 30–60 minutes

After 24 Hours:
